Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or substitute)

Directions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, melt the cream cheese and peanut butter in a microwave for one to two minutes at 30 second intervals. Stir in cocoa until creamy. Whisk in cream and sweetener.
  2. 2. Spread on wax paper, cover with another sheet of wax paper; freeze, then cut into pieces.
  3. 3. Keep chilled.
