Ingredients

  • 12 marshmallows
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. 1. Heat marshmallows and juice from pineapple in top of double boiler, folding over and over until marshmallows are half melted.
  2. 2. Remove from heat, add pineapple and continue folding until mixture is smooth and spongy.
  3. 3. Whip milk until stiff, add lemon juice slowly and whip until very stiff.
  4. 4. Fold pineapple mixture into milk. Freeze until firm.
