Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds boneless pork roast, cubed

- 1 large onion, chopped

- 2 cups cold water

- 3 to 5 tomatoes, chopped

- 2 small cans chopped green chilies

- 2 large potatoes, cubed

- 1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

- 2 tablespoons chili powder

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 2 teaspoons ground oregano

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 cans pinto beans, drained
