Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, finely chopped

- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

- 5 cups water

- 1 cup chicken stock

- 1/2 cup fresh (or frozen) snow peas, julienned

- 1/2 cup fresh (or frozen) spinach, chopped

- 6 ounces pork and/or chicken, cooked and diced

- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots

- 1 egg, beaten

- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
