Quiltmom is a middle aged woman from the prairies of Western Canada and a serving of her multi-flavored chili has about five to seven grams of carbohydrates. Besides that, its a really easy recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef, cut into 1 inch dice

- 2 medium onions, sliced in thin rings

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 can tomato sauce (or paste if you prefer)

- 2 teaspoons sugar (or substitute)

- 1 jar green salad olives

- 1 can sliced black olives

- Chili powder to taste

- Black pepper to taste

- White pepper to taste

- Cayenne pepper to taste

- Chicken stock, enough to cover the meat by an inch

- Cheddar cheese, shredded
