Here's a rosemary focaccia bread designed to accompany a meal in style. The recipe uses commercially sold frozen bread as the base; or, make you own using one of our many bread dough recipes.
Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed

- 3 tablespoons olive oil - in all

- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced (or 1 teaspoon dried)

- Black pepper to taste

- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

- 6 kalamata olives, pitted and quartered

- 4 oil packed sun dried tomatoes, drained and julienned

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh rosemary sprigs
