Ingredients
- 1 pound salt cod, boneless and skinless

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 pound sausage

- 1 small onion, chopped

- 2 stalks celery, chopped

- 1 cup carrots, diced

- 2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes

- 2 quarts heavy cream

- 2 quarts chicken broth

- 4 ounces (1 stick) butter

- 8 ounces spinach, rough chopped

- 2 bay leaves

- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Paprika for garnish
