Ingredients
- 6 ounces pasta shells (or your favorite form of pasta)

- 8 ounces cooked seafood cocktail, thawed if frozen

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped

- 4 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon caster (superfine) sugar

- 1 garlic clove, minced

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
