Directions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. 2. In the food processor, finely grind cookies into crumbs.
3. 3. Add butter and process until well-blended.
4. 4. Press into bottom and about 1 inch up the sides of a 10-inch springform pan.
5. 5. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
6. 6. Beat in eggs, one at a time, and scrape down sides of bowl.
7. 7. Add vanilla and cream and beat for 3 to 4 minutes.
8. 8. Fold in Snickers pieces.
9. 9. Pour into the crumb-lined pan.
10. 10. Bake for 1 hour and 15 to 25 minutes, or until cheesecake is almost set but the center still jiggles slightly.
11. 11. Let cool to room temperature.
12. 12. Refrigerate at least 4 to 5 hours before serving.
