Once you taste this strawberry banana smoothie you won't think of it as a low calorie drink although it actually is. Fresh strawberries are best but you can use frozen if fresh is not available.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries

- 1 banana, peeled and cut into pieces

- 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt

- 1 packet sugar (or sugar substitute)

- 2 cups ice
