Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry bulgur wheat

- 5 bunches (about 1 1/2 cups) fresh parsley, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped

- 1 medium (about 1/3 cup) tomato, seeded and diced

- 1 small (about 2/3 cup) red onion, minced

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 3 tablespoons lemon juice

- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
