- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- For crust:
- 1 1/4 cups corn meal

- 2 medium eggs

- 1 cup milk

- 18 black olives, chopped

- Olives sliced for garnish
