This yeast driven walnut bread is great for the holidays and the rest of the year as well when you want a bread with a little extra flavor and crunch.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1 cup warmed water (105 to 115 degrees f)

- 2 1/4 cups bread flour

- 1 tablespoon dry milk

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon butter

- For topping:
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted

- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
